Non-stick OF Coat Si

A film with special additives is formed! There is little transfer of release agent components to the molded product, resulting in good quality.

We handle "Non-Stick OF Coat Si," which can be applied to improve the release properties of rubber and plastic molds, as well as for the release of CFRP molding molds and for anti-fouling purposes. It boasts excellent durability and can be used at temperatures ranging from -30°C to 300°C. The film is flexible, allowing it to be used in areas that stretch, such as rubber, without breaking, thus maintaining its effectiveness. 【Physical Properties (excerpt)】 ■ Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid ■ Components: Silicone-based special compound ■ Applicable materials: Metal, resin, rubber, glass, fabric, etc. ■ Curing conditions: Effective in 3 hours at room temperature; fully cured in 3 days ■ Operating temperature range: -30 to 300°C *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Shine Kogei [Ceramic Coating for Resin and Engineering Plastics]

Formation of a high-hardness ceramic coating on resin and engineering plastic parts through low-temperature firing by Shine Kogei.

Conventional fluororesin coatings require high-temperature firing at 400°C, making it difficult to process materials other than metals. However, Shine Kogei's ceramic coating "Cera Armor" can form a film at low temperatures, allowing the functional properties of ceramics to be imparted to materials with low heat resistance, such as resins and engineering plastics. This contributes to the long lifespan of sliding components and provides chemical resistance and corrosion prevention effects, ultimately reducing total costs. 【Processing Achievements】 ■ ABS (sensor components) ■ PET (transport components) ■ PVC・POM (food equipment parts) ■ PC (electronic device housings) ■ PEEK (jigs) ■ FRP (transport equipment exteriors) ■ CFRP (roll components) ■ Glass epoxy (jigs) ■ PP, MC nylon, polyamide, etc. ◆ Regarding Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process. 1. Properties of the material to be processed (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. Purpose of processing (e.g., removal of contaminants, slip properties, peening, etc.) * If possible, providing drawings would be beneficial for estimating costs.
